At the current time there are no plans to allow commissioners based upon their roles access to either Scoutbook or Internet Advancement. Commissioners should be using Commissioner Tools which is available from my.Scouting.org
Commissioners may access the Scoutbook Demo Environment if they wish to see what units see with Scoutbook.
