Ranks and awards that units cannot approve should show approved within 48 hours of national or your local council entering the earned date in my.Scouting.
If they do not, have your council registrar, in my.Scouting, change the date earned date by one day either way, save, then change it back, and save again. This should push an update to Scoutbook and Internet Advancement. Allow 48 hours to update.
