Not All the Scoutbook Activities Came Over to Internet Advancement (IA)

In June 2020 Scoutbook activities migrated to Internet Advancement. They were brought in as personal activities. If you do not see all the activities for your Scouts, make sure the Personal Activity filter is on. Almost all if not all of the log data is personal so that will expand what is shown. On the activity page in Internet Advancement:

You may have to hand enter some activities if not all of them came over. To get a report of what was in the old activity logs in Scoutbook: log into Scoutbook, click on your unit, click on Export / Backup then click on Legacy Camping, Hiking, etc…

You can bulk add activities into the new sysem if you need to.  Create the activity and then bulk add those who attended it. Go to the roster, include adults, then select those that participated and there should be a record progress. Click that and pick the activity.

More information on using the new activity logs can be found here.
