You can monitor a Scout’s advancement easily with Scoutbook. Ensure the Scout has an active Scoutbook account.
Log in, click on My Dashboard, click on your pack, click on pack roster and the Scout’s name. Then his Advancement and the rank he is working on. The rank and adventures he is working on are listed.
You can drill down into any rank or adventure to see which requirements have been completed, which ones have been completed and which ones need to be approved. Adventures, ranks and awards need to be approved to show up as earned.
For multiple Scouts use the Quick Entry feature at the top of the page or on the Pack Page.
