Removing or Adding a Cub Scout Rank / Advancement From a different type of Den (SB)

YOU MUST BE A SCOUTBOOK PACK ADMIN TO EXECUTE THESE INSTRUCTIONS SUCCESSFULLY

These are instructions on how to remove an advancement from a Scout who is in a den that shouldn’t have that advancement (e.g., Bobcat mistakenly given to Lion Scout)

Also if you need to give an advancement to a Scout who is now in a different type of den (e.g., Wolf Rank to a Scout in a Bear den.)

First move the Scout into the proper den where the rank is normally earned. To move the Scout see the instructions here.

Credit the rank as you would normally.

Then remove the rank using the guidance here.

Then move the Scout back to the proper den.
