A Scoutbook unit admin can make adjustments here.
To remove a leader from your Scoutbook Roster who has left the unit:
Click on the unit roster
Click on the leader
Click on the leader’s positions
Click on the position in your unit, put in an end date, and unclick the Position Approved box; then click save or Update.
To remove the connections of adults who are no longer associated with your unit do the following:
The connections should be able to be removed by clicking on the Pack > Pack roster > Connections > Manager > Select the name of the leader on the left which should highlight the entire row > Uncheck each box > Update. That should remove the permissions.
