To run a report of the advancement history for a Scout or Scouts do the following:
Login to Internet Advancement. Help is here.
Select Advancement History report from the Run Report menu. If you only wish to run a history report for one person, or a selection of Scouts, select the Scouts on the roster page prior to running the report. If you don’t select any Scouts, the history report will run for all the Scouts.
Then click on the start date
When presented with the window below, select both the start and finish dates. You must click on both dates. You can use the arrows to scroll through the calendars.
Then click on Run Report
The report will then appear. If you wish to print the report or creates PDF file of the report, right click on the report (Mac – Opt Click or 2 finger click.)
